Reviewers Guidelines
GIPPH values the critical role of reviewers in maintaining scientific rigor, quality, and ethical standards.
Reviewer Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Manuscripts Objectively – Focus on originality, methodology, clarity, and relevance.
- Provide Constructive Feedback – Offer clear, actionable comments for authors.
- Maintain Confidentiality – Do not share or use manuscript content for personal or professional benefit.
- Adhere to Timelines – Submit reviews within the assigned period (2–3 weeks; 15-day fast track optional).
- Recommend a Decision – Indicate if the manuscript should be: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Originality and novelty
- Scientific rigor and methodology
- Clarity of writing
- Ethical compliance (human/animal studies, informed consent)
- Relevance to clinical and advanced medicine
- Accuracy and currency of references
